Thank you for shopping with us! Because our fabric is cut to order, some items can’t be returned.
Final sale (non-returnable)
- All yardage and cut fabric
- Fat quarters
Returns at management’s discretion
Patterns, notions, and non-fabric kits may be returned or exchanged at management’s discretion. To be considered, items should be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or order number.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll make it right.
Online orders
Please contact us at amanda@thequiltingbea.com before sending anything back. Unless the error was ours, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
